DOSAGE AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

The recommended daily dose, in children and adults, is 1 orodispersible stick, just before or during a meal. The product is designed to be ingested directly. It is not necessary to mix it with food or to dilute it in water; although if preferred, it can be taken diluted or combined with other foods, such as juices, smoothies, yogurts, etc. VITAPLUS® BOULARDII is compatible with the intake of antibiotics.
